Eibhlin is both stylish and comfortable.  It’s a classic Hobart cottage with a classicly styles, modern comfortable finish.  You enter Eibhlin on the first floor directly into the open plan living area that is a large loung, dining room and kitchen. It’s fabulous for entertaining and is the heart of the house.  It opens out onto the summer deck that has views of Sandy Bay yachets to the left and Mount Wellington to the right. 

Eibhlin is located in the trendy hub of Hobart’s historic Battery Point, where great care is taken to keep it as original as it can to how it looked in its early settlement.  Battery Point is also home to some of the finest foods, restaurants and providores, but is also within easy walking distance of Salamanca Cove, Sullivan’s Cove as well as the city itself.
